Chattia Knox Ltd has been set up with the aim of assisting in the sale of houses, apartments and other property by helping buyers to locate the ideal home and supporting sellers in achieving the sale of their property. 

We offer a personable approach to property selling, and will tailor a sales campaign based on  social media leads and targeted on-line advertising, rather than reliance on a passive advertisement on a property website.

We create original and imaginative campaigns to assist you in the sale of your home, using Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin to reach the most appropriate market

❋ Exploration of wider markets

We operate as a Territorial Director for the Protolium protocol that has been devised to enable property purchase using digital currencies, safeguarded using property verification, currency traceability and conventional legal conveyancing to facilitate sales 

❋ An alternative to Rightmove

If you are hesitant about signing up with an estate agent and selling through Rightmove, we offer an alternative approach to putting your home in front of buyers. Social media is a vast resource which we use to target your home to the regions and profiles of buyers best suited to your home

❋ Moderate costs

We can launch a campaign and run it for a moderate fee and we will filter the responses to draw up a shortlist of potential leads, and will vet them to identify the most likely customer for your home

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
